Staq Tools provides various online tools including (but not limited to):

• Passport Photo Tool - Format photos for passport/visa applications
• PDF tools - Merge, split, and manipulate PDF files
• QR Code Generator - Create custom QR codes
• Image Converter - Convert between image formats
• Other utility tools as added

Pricing and Payments

One-Time Payments

Most tools require a one-time payment to access the full-resolution output. Prices are displayed clearly before purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless explicitly stated.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery:

• Refunds are generally not available once you've downloaded the processed file
• If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact support@staqtools.net
• We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our systems
• Not violate any intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain all rights to files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process your files solely to provide the requested service.

Our Content

All content on Staq Tools (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded files are stored temporarily (24-48 hours) and then automatically deleted. We are not responsible for:

• Files lost due to automatic deletion
• Maintaining backups of your files
• Recovering deleted files

Important: Download your processed files immediately. We do not guarantee availability after purchase.

Service Availability

We strive to keep our services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues
• Circumstances beyond our control

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Acceptance of processed photos by government agencies
• Accuracy, completeness, or quality of results
• Compatibility with all systems and formats
• Error-free operation

Note: For passport photos, while we follow official specifications, final acceptance is at the discretion of the issuing authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staq Tools shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Rejection of processed files by third parties

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or copy our services
• Use automated tools to access our services (bots, scrapers)
• Upload malicious files or viruses
• Attempt to bypass payment systems
• Resell our services without permission
• Abuse or overload our systems

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms
• Remove content that violates these terms

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Staq Tools operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
